NOAH

the communicator

Because NOAH is a trade association, part of its task is to communicate messages from the industry, about the industry. NOAH will not promote one particular company, or indeed their products. NOAH communicates through the use of press releases, brochures, briefing documents, meetings and seminars, the internet, the telephone and the good old fashioned letter. An internal electronic newsletter has also been set up to keep NOAH members’ staff informed of activities and issues, both current and those arising.

As well as this, NOAH publishes the Compendium of Data Sheets for Animal Medicines, which is sent free of charge to every veterinary practice in the UK, and is bought by many other users of animal medicines. This compendium, updated every year, details information relating to many animal medicines and includes withdrawal period tables. Special editions are also published for medicines for prescription or supply by an AMTRA SQP or pharmacist, in 'all species' and 'equine/companion animal' versions.

The NOAH compendium is available online at www.noahcompendium.co.uk.
