New client dog vaccine leaflet from NOAH

The National Office of Animal Health has produced a new briefing document which answers many of the questions on dog vaccination which clients ask their veterinary surgeon.

The leaflet, 'Dog Vaccines: your Questions Answered' has been sent to members of the BSAVA. The text is available to download from the BSAVA website at www.bsava.ac.uk (newspage), for veterinary surgeons who wish to include it in their practice newsletter.

Amongst the issues addressed are 'Why is there a need to vaccinate?', 'Why do boosters have to be given?', 'Why does vaccination cost so much?' and 'Is it true that vaccines cause side effects?'.

Single copies are available, free of charge, from NOAH at 3 Crossfield Chambers, Gladbeck Way, Enfield EN2 7HF, telephone 020 8367 3131, fax 020 8363 1155 or e-mail noah@noah.co.uk.
