Peter Jones made Honorary Member of NOAH

Peter Jones has been made an Honorary Member of NOAH, in recognition of his contribution to NOAH and to the animal health industry. He is the former executive director of international animal health federation IFAH, former head of the veterinary unit of the European Agency for the Evaluation of Veterinary Medicines (EMEA) and was a much appreciated contributor to NOAH’s work when he was based in the UK.

The award was made at the association’s Annual Dinner in London on 23rd April.

He said: "I feel very privileged to be given this honour which I know is only accorded to very few colleagues by NOAH, and I am really very proud to think that what little I have done as a contribution to the animal health sector, both whilst working in industry and as a regulator has been recognised in this way”.
