MSD Animal Health found in breach of NOAH Code on promotion

The NOAH Code of Practice Committee, chaired by Mr Guy Tritton, met on 24 August 2018.

MSD Animal Health was found to be in breach of 1 of the 2 items under complaint.

The Committee held that both the original and amended versions of the Bovilis BVD promotional leaflet and advertisements with the tag-line “P.I. or not P.I.? That is the question!” were in breach of Clauses 4.3(i), (ii), (iii) and 4.6 of the Code of Practice.

Further details of the Committee’s rulings will be made available shortly and will be posted on the NOAH website.
