Dogs for Good is NOAH’s charity for the year

NOAH is thrilled to announce that Banbury-based Dogs for Good has been nominated as its charity for the coming year. Dogs for Good, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2018, is an innovative charity, exploring ways dogs can help people overcome specific challenges and enrich and improve lives and communities.

NOAH Chief Executive Dawn Howard said: “Animals truly enhance our lives and we are really pleased to be supporting the work of Dogs for Good this year. We’ve been delighted they are already a part of our Industry in Focus campaign, highlighting how animals are good for us and demonstrating what the full spectrum of animal health means to people.

“The charity’s work makes a real difference to so many lives, with the shared bond benefiting not only people, but their animals as well. Animals deserve our very best care and to be kept in the best possible health. The animal health products and services researched, developed and marketed by NOAH members support this.

“We are so pleased that the proceeds of the NOAH Dinner prize draw, taking place on today, will be our first contribution to this fantastic charity.”

Peter Gorbing, Chief Executive of Dogs for Good said: “The health, welfare and happiness of our dogs is of paramount importance and is one of the charity’s guiding principles.  To have this recognised and the work we do supported by NOAH is fantastic and we look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership as its nominated charity over the coming year.”
