NOAH Announces New Board Leadership

NOAH (National Office of Animal Health) has today announced the election of its new Board and Officer team following the Association’s Annual General Meeting. 

NOAH members elected a new Board of Management to guide the organisation as it continues to champion animal health and welfare, promote the responsible use of veterinary medicines, and represent the interests of the UK animal health industry. 

New Officer Team and Board Members 

The following Officers and Board members were elected by members: 

  • Chair – Matthew Frost, Elanco Animal Health 
  • Senior Vice Chair – Charlotte Covell, Virbac UK Ltd 
  • Past Chair – Ned Flaxman, Norbrook Laboratories Ltd 
  • Treasurer – Andrew Buglass, ECO Animal Health 
  • Vice Chair – Caitrina Oakes, Vetoquinol UK Ltd 
  • Vice Chair – Rachel Smithson, Animalcare Ltd 
  • Board member – Craig Beck, Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health UK Ltd 
  • Board member – Henrique Casagrande, MSD Animal Health 
  • Board member – Nikki Milne, Bimeda UK 
  • Board member – Lloyd Smart, Zoetis UK Ltd 
  • Vicky Sumpter was also re-elected to the NOAH Code of Practice Committee 

Dawn Howard, NOAH Chief Executive said, “I would like to congratulate all those elected and re-elected to the Board and Officer team and thank everyone who stood for election. NOAH benefits enormously from the expertise, experience, and commitment of member company representatives who volunteer their time to help shape the future direction of the Association. 

“The coming years will bring significant opportunities and challenges for our sector. With a strong Board in place, NOAH is well positioned to continue providing leadership on the issues that matter most to animal health and welfare, innovation and growth.” 

The newly elected Board will support delivery of NOAH’s strategic priorities on advocacy, responsible use of veterinary medicines, innovation, sustainability, industry standards, and stakeholder engagement.
