NOAH Membership Assistant

An exciting opportunity exists to join the UK’s leading animal health trade association. We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, commercially minded person with an interest in veterinary or animal science to join us to deliver and drive our membership offer.

The post offers a varied and interesting workload within our small team and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive and stimulating environment. You will have the opportunity to deliver great services for NOAH members and build our membership.

Background

NOAH is the trade association representing the UK animal health industry. We promote the benefits of licensed medicines and solutions for the health and welfare of all animals. NOAH member companies are responsible for around 97% of animal medicines sold in the UK plus a range of other animal health solutions.

This is an exciting time to join NOAH, as we plan for new UK legislation and building on the services we provide to our members. NOAH has key roles in communication on the benefits of animal medicines for animal health and welfare, runs the Code of Practice on Promotion and provides the NOAH Compendium of Data Sheets for Animal Medicines.

Our new Membership Assistant will be the main point of contact for members, further develop member services to add value for our existing members and creating a great offer for new members.

Reporting to the Business and Operations Manager but working closely with the Communications Manager and NOAH team to help achieve our objectives.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Member engagement
  • Management of membership data
  • Member communications
  • Event support

Profile:

Demonstrable experience of delivering membership services and a knowledge of relevant software e.g. Office 365, Dotdigital, Canva

You will need to be flexible, able to multitask, be motivated to deliver a quality service for our members and work within a small multi-skilled team. You must be eligible to work in the UK.

NOAH offers a competitive salary, dependant on experience, plus a range of excellent staff benefits. Please note that this role is remote plus some attendance at our Stevenage hub office and external meetings as required.
