NOAH gains environmental accreditation
7th February 2023
NOAH is proud to announce it has achieved Bronze level Investors in the Environment (iiE) accreditation.
Welcoming the award, NOAH Chief Executive Dawn Howard explained: “The iiE audit recognised the effort NOAH has taken to introduce good processes and procedures to start to understand and manage our environmental impact. This includes the introduction of NOAH’s Environmental Policy.
“The auditors also acknowledged the work of our Environment and Sustainability Committee in which representatives of the membership can work collaboratively with NOAH to address sustainability issues in the sector.”
She added: “With the move to our Co-Space offices in Stevenage, we have a good relationship with the building management that has helped us work collaboratively to establish the data we have needed to achieve this accreditation. We thank them for their support and look forward to working to improving how we work even further.”

NOAH (National Office of Animal Health) represents the UK animal health industry. Its members produce and market licensed veterinary medicines to protect the health and welfare of pets and farm animals, public health and food security.
The Investors in the Environment (iiE) accreditation requires an organisation to provide evidence that it has met a range of pre-defined criteria, set targets to reduce its environmental impact and taken action to improve its performance whilst enhancing the community in which it operates. Evidence is presented at an annual audit and this report provides an evaluation of the organisation’s performance as well as offering advice on next steps for continued improvement.
